We are thrilled to have you as our guest. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our House Rules. By following these guidelines, you’ll help us maintain a welcoming and respectful environment for all guests.

House Rules

1. Pets

   • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the property. We appreciate your understanding.

2. Events

   • Hosting events or parties is not allowed in the house. We want to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all our guests.

3. Smoking, Vaping, and E-Cigarettes

   • Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please enjoy these activities in designated outdoor areas.

4. Quiet Hours

   • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM onwards. We kindly ask all guests to respect this time and keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing others.

5. Dishes

   • Guests are expected to wash their dishes immediately after use. This helps us maintain cleanliness and ensures the kitchen is ready for everyone’s use.

6. Garbage

   • Please take care of the garbage to avoid attracting pests. Do not leave trash outside of your room. We kindly ask that all guests dispose of their waste properly.

7. Cleaning

   • Our cleaning service focuses on common areas, but it is the guest’s responsibility to clean up after themselves in their private spaces.

8. Private Space of Cleaning Team

   • The private space of the cleaning team should never be violated. This includes areas where cleaning supplies, personal items, or equipment are stored. Please respect their space as we respect yours.

9. Toilet Paper

   • Toilet paper is provided upon your arrival. Once finished, it will be your responsibility to purchase additional toilet paper as needed. Extra rolls can be stored in the toilet cabinets for convenience.

10. Routers, Lights, and Security Cameras

• Guests are strictly prohibited from manipulating or adjusting any routers, lights, or security cameras. These systems are in place for your safety and comfort.

11. Overnight Stays
    • Overnight stays are not allowed unless previously discussed and agreed upon with the owner. The rental cost covers the guests paying for the stay.
